One-on-One Discipleship

This class uses a mentoring approach to learning designed specifically to reach those who want to grow in their relationship with God. Through partnership with a mature believer, each individual is able to identify the next steps on their spiritual journey. Adult Sunday School

Sunday mornings is a time for Bible study and fellowship. We study books of the Bible, as well as topical and contemporary issues relevant to your faith. Come to Faith Alliance Church and join an adult Sunday school class on Sunday mornings at 9:00am.
 

Weekly Prayer Meetings

The mid-week prayer meeting occurs on Wednesdays from 12:00 to 1:00pm. The group offers praise and thanksgiving to God as well as praying for our church, our community, our country, and our world.

Sunday morning prayer meeting occurs from 8:15 to 8:45am. It is a time to commit Sunday school, the worship service, and the day to the Lord.
 

50's+ Group

The 50+ group visits members of our church family that are unable to join us for the weekly worship service. The group also remembers birthdays and anniversaries. They show compassion and create community by sending cards, visiting, and making phone calls. The 50+ group knows how to have fun! Various social outings are planned throughout the year. Men's Ministries

A community group designed specifically for men meets at Faith Alliance Church on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am. For more information, contact Dave Gotta at dgoto66@comcast.net.

Faith Alliance Church also has a Men's Softball Team. The softball season begins in May and goes through July. Games are on Monday nights at 6:00pm. For more information, please contact Bob Marshall at marsh1319@yahoo.com.

Throughout the year the Men's Ministry also plans Men's Saturday AM Breakfasts and Men's Nights Out.
 


Women's Ministries

The Women's Ministry provides various opportunities for women to connect with one another and to grow in their spiritual walk. In addition to the ministries listed below, the women have various retreats and social gatherings throughout the year.

First Place 4 Health meets at Faith Alliance Church on Sunday mornings from 9 to 10am. First Place is a Christ-centered weight loss and healthy living program focusing on the mind, emotions, body, spirit. For more information, contact Monique Johnson at moniquec59@comcast.net.

Knit 1 Purl 2 is a group for women who are interested in knitting. All are welcome. If you are a beginner, come and learn. If you are an expert, come and share your skills. Come for the fellowship! Knit 1 Purl 2 meets at Faith Alliance Church the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 6:30pm. For more information, contact Natalie Cotton at cottonclub@comcast.net.

The Ladies' Missions Prayer Fellowship meets at Faith Alliance Church the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 1pm. The ladies meet to pray for the missionaries from our church and others who are advancing the kingdom of God around the world through missions. Tuesday morning we have a Ladies' Bible Study. The group is working through Beth Moore's study, Breaking Free. The ladies meet at Faith Alliance Church on Thursdays from 9:30 to 11:30 am. Childcare is provided. For more information, contact Arlene Coccia at apcoccia@verizon.net.
 


Young Adult Ministry

Sunday School for young adults meets weekly from 9:00 to 10:00 am at Faith Alliance Church. Special events and gatherings occur every month. For more information, contact Mark and Terry Hathaway hathaway5@comcast.net.
 

Job Networking

These are difficult financial times and many are either unemployed or underemployed. If you are in one of these situations, the job networking group discusses related issues such as resumes and interviewing, to provide support and encouragement, and to establish a referral network.
