Rev. Donald Wiegand
Senior Pastor
Reverend Wiegand has served Faith Alliance Church (FAC) as Senior Pastor since September 1999. Prior to that, Pastor Don served as the minister to our youth at FAC for 10 years. Ordained by The Christian & Missionary Alliance, Rev. Wiegand is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and Nyack College.   He and his wife, Linda, have three children Emily, Stacy and Chad.  Their passion to help others grow in a relationship with Jesus is coupled with a deep love for the church family.  Pastor Don enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with his family.

Sue Mayer
Children's Director
Sue has administrative oversight of all children’s programs from Kindergarten through 5th Grade. This includes Sunday school, Kidz Blast, and all outreach activities for this age bracket.  Sue is married to Jim and they have 2 children, Rachel and Christian.

Andrea Cadle
Worship Director  
Andrea has creative oversight of the worship service at FAC. This includes music, drama and the oversight of the sound room & sanctuary computer. She works directly with Pastor Don to create flow that reflect the theme and focus for each particular worship service. Andrea volunteers in our MOPS ministry and also enjoys helping out in the youth ministry with her husband, Jeff whenever she can. Andrea and Jeff have two boys, Riley and Tyler

Jon Varney
Youth Director
Jon has administrative oversight of our youth ministries including Jr.
High, Sr. High, Young Adults and their leaders. He has worked with youth for over 20 years, and served as lead guitarist in Raz the Praz, leading regional student worship events. Jon also teaches guitar. He enjoys creating with technology, playing guitar, biking and motorcycling.

Andrea Sahms
Community Groups Director
Andrea Sahms is our Community Group (Small groups) Director and also our Compassion Project Director.  Both responsibilities focus on our C3 Vision. Andrea received her B.S. from Syracuse University in Inclusive Elementary and Special Education with a specialization in Environmental Biology.  She earned her M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in the Mind, Brain, and Education program. Andrea taught in the Attleboro public school system for 3 years.  She went on to serve as a member of the International Fellowship of Alliance Professionals in Kuwait and Guinea, West Africa.  Andrea enjoys swimming, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Carol Donnelly
Administrative Coordinator
Carol’s multi-faceted responsibilities include the maintenance of the church office as well supporting our Sr. Pastor, staff members, and ministry heads in every way possible to live out our C3 Vison.  Carol and her husband Pat reside in Norton and she enjoys reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
