Global Missions

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. Matthew 28:19-20

In obedience to the Jesus’ words, some of us are called to go…

Since 2011, a team has traveled from FAC travels to Catadupa, Jamaica every summer to partner with the local church and minister to those in need.  While in Jamaica, the team runs a Kids Club (similar to VBS) and does service projects.  Often the service project includes digging the hole for an outhouse, building the structure, and mixing concrete to install the structure.

In 2014 and 2015, we have been blessed with the opportunity to travel to Burkina Faso.  In 2014, we were able to visit the 10 hand dug wells that we had previously raised money for during VBS.  In 2015, we were able to build a church hangar for the village of Minou and distribute hand-pedaled bikes to the handicap with money that was raised during VBS.  We were also participated in handing out Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes, visited an orphanage, and distributed grain to widows.

Sometimes we are called to pray and give.  Our church prays and gives sacrificially in order for the Great Commission to be fulfilled.  Here are some of the ways…

The Ladies' Missions Prayer Fellowship meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month at Faith Alliance Church.
