Rev. Donald Wiegand
Senior Pastor
Reverend Wiegand has served Faith Alliance Church (FAC) as Senior Pastor since September 1999. Prior to that, Pastor Don served as the minister to our youth at FAC for 10 years. Ordained by The Christian & Missionary Alliance, Rev. Wiegand is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and Nyack College. He and his wife, Linda, have three children Emily, Stacy and Chad. Their passion to help others grow in a relationship with Jesus is coupled with a deep love for the church family. Pastor Don enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with his family.

Linda Wiegand
Children's Director
Linda Wiegand has administrative oversight of all children's program from kindergarten to 5th grade. This includes Sunday School, Children's Church, Kidz Blast and all outreach activities for this age bracket. Linda is a graduate of Nyack College with a degree in Christian Education. She is married to Pastor Don and enjoys biking, hiking, gardening and spending time with her family.

Jon Varney
Worship Director
Jon has oversight of our worship/music ministry. Using relevant music and a variety of creative media, his desire is for our body to be regularly engaged in genuine, passionate, God-honoring worship.
Jon, a professional musician and guitar instructor, also enjoys creating with technology, playing solo guitar, biking and motorcycling.

Andrea Sahms
Community Groups & Compassion Director
Andrea coordinates the small group ministry and oversees the compassion projects of the church. Both responsibilities focus on our C3 Vision. She received her B.S. from Syracuse University in Inclusive Elementary and Special Education. Andrea earned her M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She taught in the Attleboro public school system for 3 years. She went on to serve as a member of the International Fellowship of Alliance Professionals in Kuwait and Guinea, West Africa. Andrea enjoys swimming, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Carol Donnelly
Administrative Coordinator
Carol's multi-faceted responsibilities include the maintenance of the church office as well supporting our Sr. Pastor, staff members, and ministry heads to live out our C3 Vision in every possible way. Carol and her husband Pat reside in Norton and she enjoys reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
